Refund & Credit Policy — including Annual All‑Access Membership
Registration Deposit ($100)
- 30 days + before retreat: 100 % cash refund upon written request minus All-Access Membership Fee.
- 15–29 days before retreat: Deposit converts to a transferable credit valid for any Reset & Reclaim event in the next 12 months (no cash refund).
- 14 days or less, or after you’ve been paired with a sponsor: Deposit is fully committed to event costs and non‑refundable.
- Sponsorship is not guaranteed. Bring your own sponsor is acceptable. Sponsorship must be confirmed 29 days prior to retreat start date
Reason: Sponsors and vendors finalize head‑counts two weeks out; late cancellations would displace a funded participant or raise costs for everyone.
- Billed once per year; non‑refundable because digital courses, masterclasses, and support tools unlock immediately.
- Lifetime community access to the general Reset Community forum remains even if you choose not to renew All‑Access next year. Renewals extend premium content, monthly gifts, and live coaching privileges.
